Welcome to the Gluten-Free You!

This is my blog for you. The new you. The gluten-free you.

Hello! My name is Anika. I’m a Philly-based gluten-free blogger and enthusiast who was diagnosed with celiac disease at the age of 8. For everything and anything you could possibly want to know about me, check out my story.

It’s a new age. A new time. A new beginning. You are no longer a foreign entity. In fact, you may be considered a trendsetter of sorts. People recognize, accept, and understand what the phrase “gluten-free” means. Restaurants accommodate people who are “gluten-free”. And more and more people are joining the bandwagon and community and are becoming “gluten-free”. It’s a wonderful new world.

This is a blog for all of you: the adults, teens, kids, grandmas, and neighbors around the world who have Celiac disease or are gluten-free, know of someone who is gluten-free, or just simply are curious to figure out what being “gluten-free” really means. There’s something for everybody on the blog: from recipes to reviews, I am here to share my story with you as well as a few tricks and tips I’ve learned about living a gluten-free lifestyle over the years.

Some food for thought: a wonderful quote as a food blogger’s mantra. “You can’t just eat good food. You’ve got to talk about it too. And you’ve got to talk about it to somebody who understands that kind of food,” – Kurt Vonnegut

Cheers,

Anika
