Ingredients
- Nonstick spray
- 3⁄4 stick butter
- 3⁄4 cup dark brown sugar
- 2 eggs, at room temperature
- 4-5 ripe bananas
- 1 and 1⁄4 cup GF all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1⁄4 tsp salt
- 1⁄2 chopped walnuts
Prep
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan with nonstick spray.
- In a large bowl, cream butter until smooth with electric mixer. Add sugar and mix until smooth. Mix in eggs one at a time and then mix in bananas until well combined.
- In a medium bowl, mix dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, salt) together. Add dry ingredients into large bowl and mix into banana mixture until well combined.
- Bake for approximately 40-50 minutes or until a knife inserted into loaf comes out clean. Let loaf cool for 10 minutes on a wire rack and serve warm.
